Business FAQ: 

1. How about getting samples from you?

For new customer, we will send you the samples after we receiving the payment for samples. The value of the samples is the same as those on our quotation sheet. The buyer shall be afford the shipping cost. However, We will refund you the sample charges when we receive actual purchase order from the buyer.

For old customer, we always provide some limited samples free of charge. We will send the samples by express courier or by air, while the freight is on the buyers charge;

2. Is there any option of faster and more economic payment for samples?

Yes, we support the payment for samples via WESTERN UNION. Come to our sales person for our money transfer account WESTERN UNION. The transfer charge will be on our account. In this way, it also will save you bank charges.


What is your terms of delivery?

    EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF etc.

4. How about your payment terms?

Usually we accept, Western Union, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) between banks for international payment;
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

5. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)

It depends sometime. Generally, to give more support for customers, we dont have MOQ limit, at least one pcs. Please have more discussion with us if you have any questions.

6.Are you able to do OEM for the buyer?

Yes, we can make OEM products and please feel free to contact our sales person for details.

7. How long should be the lead time for regular order?

It takes us 10~15 days from receiving your deposit to finish production for orders with regular quantity

8. How about the guarantee for the products?

We offer 1--5 years warranty to our products.
